I’m trying to understand the average salary for a Commercial and Contracts Engineer in Saudi Arabia. I graduated in 2011 and I’m not a Saudi national. Can anyone share what a realistic salary range looks like for someone with my background?

In large companies or the oil & gas sector, compensation can increase to SAR 25,000–30,000 per month, especially for roles involving claims, contract negotiation, and project financial control.
